On the Community version, there is a To date field and I can make it works by setting the date there. See here - https://screencast.com/t/Pczg59xjGj0
But on the Enterprise version, there isn't any To date field. I've checked this post and they said that on Magento 2 EE, we use the 'Content Staging' for setting the expired date for the rule.
I'm having a hard time to find out how to disable a cart promotion rule based on the Schedule New Update feature.
